CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to corinne@cmievent.com
- All refunds are subject to a $100 administration fee. All registration cancelled after September 1, 2026 are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply.

Flights should be booked in to Nashville International Airport (BNA).
TRANSFER TO HOTEL FROM AIRPORT
Taxi and Rideshare is readily available. It is a 9-mile transfer and will cost between $20-$35 for a standard ride.
